My stay at Hotel Su & Aqualand had its ups and downs. The design was striking, with a modern white aesthetic that I really loved. However, the service was a bit lacking, with disorganized staff making things frustrating at times. Plus, the beach access was less luxurious compared to what I remembered, which was disappointing.
